Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy
  1. All goods sold are non-refundable
  2. Refund can be made if the purchased item is out of stock or the order content is being disputed. Money to be refunded will be transferred to the account that was used to make payment. The refund amount will be a nett amount after deduction of payment incurred by payment gateway and other operational charges.
  3. Refunds will be made within 30 days. If you have not received your Refund please contact customerservice@kissmineral.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Exchange Policy

KISS mineral will exchange any in transit damaged and/or defect items provided that Customer has not used the products and situations where product breaks upon opening.

Conditionsfor exchange process are as follows:

  1. Customer must inform us immediately within Five (5) working days with digital photo as proof byemail via customerservice@kissmineral.com.
  2. Customer must send back the damaged or defected item to KISS mineral.Shipping fee must be covered by customer.

(The damaged or defected item must be returned with its original packaging materials)

  1. Once received, KISS mineral will process the exchange immediately and senda new item to the customer via courier within Malaysia only.
  2. If customer informs after Five (5) working days upon complete delivery, KISS mineral reserves the right to make final decision.
  3. KISS mineral will not accept any exchange for defected KISS mineral Vegan Lipstick due to improper usage (i.e. broken lipstick due to self-action)
